Apple Music sync not working

While on iphone and linked with Apple Music I am able to swipe through songs, however syncing my saves does not reflect to my Apple Music account. Additionally I am unable to locate the Swipefy created playlist in my library nor can the open in apple music button locate a playlist/location to where the songs are saved.
