Background Swipes Buffer Configuration

Since I witness a lot of “out of recommendations” with swiping based on track or genre, having a configuration in settings that you can change from normal, high or very high that will take more bandwidth but have more swipes on the background rather than just 4, that will lead to less excessive appearance of the error mentioned above

To those who have not tested based on genre or else, use it then you will know how frequent it is
