Bringing Background Play to Swipefy

I have read before from one of the dev members that background play isn’t possible since it’s against spotify’s terms of service but I just found that a service called magroove have got that and the service does exist in both stores, what makes it not possible for swipefy while possible for them ?

I personally don’t mind non-existence of that feature but I find that it’d be much better to have that once I get to recommend the app to others since they wouldn’t just be actively scrolling through the app while doing nothing (specially talking about phone app use case here)
