Custom seeds keep turning off and can’t delete seeds once it turns off

I used the custom seeds feature and able to add artists. However once I close the settings and reopen it is off. I tried adding the same track and it says it’s already added. However there is nothing to be seen. Now I can’t used custom seeds because there are too many but I can’t delete them.
