(French) Payment and swipe issues

I paid €9.99 for the subscription, but I can’t swipe (even without a subscription, I couldn’t swipe even once), and I’m being told I don’t have the premium version, even though my Play Store history clearly shows that I purchased it. I’d like either a refund or a resolution to my issue; if the problem persists, I’ll consider it a scam.
