Feedback unavailable for Apple Music made accounts

I see this error when attempting to open the feedback section. Only on the “https://feedback.swipefy.app,” am I able to leave feedback. (Note: I am signed in with Apple Music) -This is concurrent on iPadOS, MacOS, and IOS.
